Our solution was to design and manufacture a completely new Hydraulic Power unit with a header tank that utilises Bosch Rexroth control valves. Our in house design team applied our 2D AutoCad & 3D Solidworks software packages to produce all layout & general arrangement drawings. This ensured the customer had full vision of our solutions, and that the build phase could be undertaken in a timely & accurate fashion.
The I.H.S Ltd on site team installed the HPU and all associated pipework. Pipework sizes varied from 4” – 16mm pipework. Our team of highly skilled pipefitters and coded welders ensured all pipework was manufactured to the correct standards and was able to meet the tough demands of the system with a pump outlet flow up to 400l/min at 250bar.
