Here at I.H.S Ltd, our highly skilled and trained site installation team are extremely well equipped to provide on-site installation of all types of solid pipework, no matter the pressure and size.
Our in house team includes experienced pipe fitters, coded welders and hydraulic engineers. We can carry out all types of solid pipework installation & oil flushing services including:
- Stauff form – SPR gun
- Voss flared
- Walform
- Welded (socket weld & Butt weld) – Multiple tig sets
- On-site pipe bending up to 4” on a Staffa power bender
- On-site pipe bending up to 42mm on our automatic Ercolina pipe bender
- On-site pipe bending up to 2” on our multiple Mingori manual pipe bender
- Small portable flushing rig – up to 80L/min
- Large portable flushing rig – up to 200L/min
- Portable particle counter – MP Filtri CLM2
I.H.S Ltd has vast experience undertaking full turnkey installation projects; from installing over 1km of mild steel tube into a brand new Formula 1 R&D facility, to over 500mtrs of stainless steel tube into a Port Authority Infrastructure.
