Our projects division specialise in the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of hydraulic safety systems and manifold blocks to comply with UK & EU safety certification and Pressure Equipment Directives.
We have vast experience in upgrading current production lines to comply with the highest safety performance levels, and have achieved PLd & PLe in previous projects we have undertaken.
All components used on our manifold block and systems come with TUV safety certification. Individual SISTEMA reports and validation can also be undertaken on request.
Our team can design and build tailored safety manifolds & systems to suit your requirements. We can design and build safety manifolds up to 6000L/min and 420bar. Our standard manifolds include:
Double Block & Bleed with spool monitoring – Venting/ isolating of system pressure.
Double Block & Hold with spool monitoring – Isolating & load holding of system pressure.
